    • Suitable for: Shallow water activities, such as swimming in pools or near the coastline.

    • Not Suitable for: Hot showers, hot springs, saunas (steam rooms), platform diving, high-pressure rinsing, scuba diving, or technical diving.

    I'm a diabetic so was interested mostly in the blood glucose and blood pressure features, which I've found very interesting. I wish there was a better way to measure the sleep option as it tends to pick up down time like watching TV or reading as sleep time

    Very good and seems to be accurate to within a small discrepancy after testing against other measuring equipment and surgery readings. Its a shame it does not come with a charger box. Still trying to work out how to export the readings should a doctor ask. Otherwise, it is a great little asset.
