Free companion app

Your watch already knows a lot. G Band is how you read it.

Steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts — everything your wearable collects through the day lands in one free app, laid out so you can actually use it instead of scrolling for it.

What you get

Five things you'll actually open it for

Not a feature list — the reasons people keep the app on their home screen.

Your whole day, one card

Open it before you've finished your coffee and see steps, calories, sleep and distance in a single glance. No menus, no hunting — the answer is already on screen.

Sleep you can act on

Not just how long you slept. A stage-by-stage timeline that shows the nights you wake at 3 a.m., the weeks your deep sleep quietly halves, and what that late coffee actually does.

Every route, drawn

Start from your phone and get a GPS map that fills in as you go, then distance, duration and pace at the end — with live heart rate from your wrist the whole way.

A face that looks like yours

Browse the gallery and push a new watch face from your phone, or turn one of your own photos into a face. The fastest way to make a watch feel like it was picked, not issued.

Only in this app

Give someone else a window in

Family health sharing lets a second person open the app on their own phone and see a wearer's data. It's the difference between buying your mum a tracker and being able to actually help her with it — and for anyone shopping for a relative, the single most useful thing here.

Inside the app

Three screens that do the heavy lifting

SCREEN 01

Your day, before you ask for it

The app opens on a single card. A ring at the top shows your step goal; underneath sit calories, total sleep and distance; below that, the activity band you're in today and the threshold to reach the next one up.

It's deliberately plain. The point is that it's readable in a queue — you don't scroll, you don't tap, you don't hunt for a menu.

SCREEN 02

Sleep, stage by stage

Two rings at the top — time asleep and time in deep sleep — and below them the part that actually helps: a timeline of the whole night, split into light, deep and REM against the clock, with your fall-asleep and wake markers on either end.

One night tells you little. A month of them tells you everything: the 3 a.m. wake-ups that started in March, the weeks your deep sleep drops, the mornings you pay for a late dinner. That's what the timeline is for.

SCREEN 03

Every route, drawn and kept

Start a session and your phone takes the GPS while your wearable supplies heart rate and motion. You pick the sport, watch the map fill in as you go, and finish with distance, duration and pace — plus a record you can look back on.

Two practical notes: bring your phone, because on this class of device the GPS lives there rather than in the wearable; and start the session from the app, since that's what tells the phone to begin drawing the track.

Steps by the hour

The version of your day with an x-axis. It separates two people with identical step counts — one walked at lunch, one was on their feet all morning. Only one of them has a reason to change anything.

Analog or digital, data-heavy or minimal — browse and push a face to your device straight from the app, or build one from a photo of your own.

Battery and firmware at a glance, then call alerts, notifications, alarm and weather — plus the switches that turn all-day tracking on and off for each metric.

Built to stay useful

Your data, on your terms

Your history travels with you

Data lives in your account rather than on one handset, so it's still there when you change phones. That's what makes month-over-month trends possible at all.

Plays well with the rest

Pass selected data through to Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS, alongside fitness services such as Strava. The set of metrics that carries across is narrower than what you see inside the app and grows release by release.

Kept to itself

The app's store listing states that no data is shared with third parties, that data is encrypted in transit, and that you can request deletion of your data. Family sharing is opt-in — set it up with someone, not for them.

Who it's for

Start here, depending on why you bought it

For yourself

Start with sleep

It's the one metric that changes how your week feels, and the one you'll genuinely look at every morning. Give it a fortnight before you judge it.

For a parent

Set up sharing first

Turn on family health sharing before you hand the device over. It's the reason the tracker is worth more than a gadget to someone who lives two hours away.

For training

Start sessions from the app

That's what triggers GPS route drawing. Then use the hourly activity chart to find the hours your day goes quiet — that's usually where the easy wins are.

One honest note

It only shows you what your device can actually see

The app is the display layer; your wearable is where the data comes from. A device with no ECG electrode has no trace to hand over, so that tile simply never appears. Two people running the same app on two different wearables will see two different screens — and that's the app behaving correctly.

What can appearWhat it's worth to youWorth knowing
Heart rateDay-and-night heart rate with resting and peak values, and time in each intensity bandOptional high-heart-rate alert with a threshold you set
Blood oxygen (SpO₂)All-day readings with nightly lows and time spent at low oxygenOvernight trends are the useful part, not a single daytime reading
HRVA recovery signal from the variation between beats, read across the nightOnly meaningful over a run of nights, never as a one-off score
Blood pressure trendsAn all-day curve built from your optical pulse waveThere is no inflatable cuff in these devices. You can enter an upper-arm cuff reading to anchor the trend — the shape of the day is the point, and a cuff stays the reference for the number
ECGA single-lead (Lead I) trace in about 30 seconds, saved as a report you can shareNeeds contact through both hands, so it's always deliberate. A rhythm snapshot for awareness — not a replacement for a clinical ECG
Blood glucose trendsAn all-day curve showing how levels shift around meals, sleep and activityA trend to act on, not a lab value. You can enter a reference reading to calibrate it. For diagnosis or dosing, use a blood draw or a validated meter
Stress & fatigueAn index with a recovery suggestion after a deliberate readingWellness guidance, not a clinical assessment
Body compositionBMI, body fat, muscle, water, bone mass and basal metabolic rateTaken manually through the device's electrodes
Blood compositionLipids and uric acid followed as trends you can calibrateOnly on models carrying the supporting sensor set
Skin-contact temperatureContinuous temperature at the point of contact, tracked against your own baselineThis is contact temperature, not core body temperature — treat the change over time as the signal

If a metric you expected isn't showing, the answer is almost always the device rather than the app. Check your model's specification, or ask us — we'd rather tell you what it can't do than have you find out a month later.

Good to know

Before you download

Is G Band free?

Yes. It's free to download on Google Play and the App Store, with no charge to pair a device or view your data.

Which devices does it pair with?

Devices built on the G Band platform — you'll find them in the collection above. Check your model's page, the box, or the pairing prompt on the device itself.

Why isn't a metric I expected showing?

Because the app only builds screens for sensors your device actually carries. A model without ECG electrodes has no trace to show, so that tile never appears.

Can someone else see my data?

Only if you set it up. Family health sharing is opt-in and lives in your profile; with it off, your data stays in your account.

Do I need my phone with me?

For route mapping, yes — the GPS lives in the phone. Day-to-day tracking happens on the wearable and syncs to the app when you're back in range.

Is this a medical app?

No. It's a wellness companion for consumer wearables, meant for general wellness awareness. It isn't a substitute for clinical equipment or a clinician's opinion.

Fitaos wearables and their companion apps are wellness products intended for general wellness tracking — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This page is for general information only and is not medical advice. Feature availability depends on the sensors built into your specific device, and the screens shown here may differ from your own. Blood pressure readings from PPG-based sensors are estimates and may differ from an upper-arm cuff. Skin-contact temperature is not a measurement of core body temperature. Not intended for users under 18 or for individuals diagnosed with other types of arrhythmia. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
