Before you begin
To set up and use your Veepoo Smartwatch, you need to download "Veepoo Health" on your phone. You also need to make sure that your phone has Bluetooth turned on, and that it's connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network.
"Veepoo Health" helps you pair and set up your smartwatch,. It is compatible with iOS devices (running iOS 12 and later) and Android devices (running Android 6.0 and later).
Turn on, pair, and set up your smartwatch.
1. Turn on your smartwatch and put it on.
Put your smartwatch on your wrist. Adjust the band or choose a band size so your smartwatch fits closely but comfortably on your wrist.
To turn on your smartwatch, press and hold the Side Button for 3s until you see a display about language (you might see a black screen for a short time first).
2. Choose system language for smartwatch
After turning on your smartwatch, you see a display about language. Choose one of them as system language for Watch RIG.
3. Download "Veepoo Health"
After setting system language, swipe up to go to "Use Veepoo Health". It shows things that "Veepoo Health" can help you with.
Swipe up again. And if you haven't download "Veepoo Health" yet, you can scan the QR code on the display to download.

4. Set up "Veepoo Health"
Open "Veepoo Health" on your phone, sign in an account. You will see a series of personal information settings, including your age, gender, height, weight and so on. All these settings help Watch RIG know about you better.
During setting, "Veepoo Health" will ask for access to your Bluetooth permission (for Android devices, it also need access to your location permission).
We do mask your personal information, and do not use or collect for other purpose. Check our Privacy website.
5. Pair your smartwatch
Swipe up, and your watch's name and MAC address show on the display.
Open "Veepoo Health", tap the "Tap to connect" button to search the device around you.
Choose the smartwatch which you want to pair (its name and MAC Address also show on your phone display).
6. Start using your smartwatch
As you see " Hello" on your Watch display, press the Side Button to finish setup.
And start your journey with smartwatch
If you can't set up your smartwatch or you get an error message
Make sure that your "Veepoo Health" has the latest version.
Turn off your phone and turn it back on.
Turn off your smartwatch and turn it back on.
Open "Veepoo Health" on your phone.
Tap "Mine", then tap "My device" (Your smartwatch shows below) under your avatar and name.
Tap "Disconnect" button on the bottom. If you pair smartwatch with an iOS device, you need to unpair it in system Setting too. Go to "Setting" on your iOS device, tap "Bluetooth". Then choose the smartwatch which you want to unpair, tap "Forget This Device" button.
